Our story
Siteproof did not start inside the utilities industry. It started next to it, building tools for teams that live between the site and the back office.
Working alongside utility contractors, the same pattern came up again and again. Engineers captured evidence on personal phones, office teams re-keyed it into spreadsheets, and finance chased proof for weeks before an invoice could be raised. The gap between work completed and work paid for was enormous, and nobody was closing it.
So we built the platform we kept wishing existed: one that ties every asset, photo and quantity back to the contract, works where the signal does not, and carries accepted work into the payment application without a spreadsheet in between.
How we build
Three rules we hold ourselves to.
Built for the field
Designed for the engineer holding a tablet in the rain, not the manager at a desk. Big targets, the map first, and no assumption of signal.
Evidence that holds up
The records that decide payment are append-only and locked by the database. A quantity the office accepted stays accepted, and anything that replaces it says so.
